Intake
Where we discuss your concerns in depth, establish therapeutic goals, develop a plan and provide you with some strategies and recommendations to get started.
OT Assessments
Depending on the area of concern a comprehensive OT assessment may include: communication with caregiver(s), teachers(s), child observation/interview, standardized assessment(s).
Areas of assessment include but not limited to: sensory processing, ADLs, IADLs, executive functioning, fine/visual motor skills, school functioning.
Therapy
- 1:1 with child and therapist and/or
- Parent only sessions and/or
- Child and parent session
OT Reports
- Progress report summary
- Evaluation report
- Letter of recommendations
- Summary of care and discharge
School support
Educator consultation or letters of school-based recommendations
Fees
Standard rate is $125/session (50mins). Please contact to enquire about subsidized rates.

Occupational Therapy services are covered under the Ontario Autism Program (OAP) CLICK HERE to see if your child is eligible for funding.

Some extended health insurance plans will provide coverage for OT services. If services are not covered clients are encouraged to contact their employer and the insurance company through which their policy is held. View sample letter to employer and sample letter to insurance company.
